Hagenimana, 22, of Rwesero, Kigali Sector in Nyarugenge District, pleaded guilty to charges of sexually harassing Niyonkuru [another name withheld) on March 10, last year. Niyonkuru, who is now 14, has a child, conceived out of the defilement.
